Going Public

There are many reasons for going public other than raising capital. You can go public without raising capital.

If you do decide to become a publicly traded company you have a great advantage in comparison to a private company with regards to the raising of money.

A public company can go to thousands of investment sources such as stock brokerage firms and various investment funds that do not invest in private companies.

If for any reason these types of investment groups at this time are not ready to invest in your business there is another way for public companies to raise the money they need.

If you are a public company and follow all the securities laws you may be able to solicit the general public with regards to buying your stock.

There are numerous companies that have used various direct advertising methods that have produced good results.
